Update: Bernie Sanders won the Wisconsin primary. Click through for full results.

The latest Democratic primary is being held in Wisconsin on Tuesday, part of a slow build to the end-of-April glut of contests.

Sen. Bernie Sanders is predicted to take home the win, as well as the majority of delegates in the Badger State. On Tuesday afternoon, FiveThirtyEight gave Sanders a 72% chance of winning the state. With 96 delegates up for grabs, a win wouldn’t tip Sanders into the lead, but it could help his candidacy along. Sanders is currently trailing former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by about 263 delegates, with 980 pledged delegates. Clinton has secured 1,243 pledged delegates, more than half of the 2,383 needed to win the nomination.

We’ll be updating right here with the night’s results as they come in. Ahead, check in on the primaries that have already been decided, and the current delegate count — plus, catch up on the state of the race for the Democratic nomination.

Meanwhile, you can find results for the latest GOP contests here.
